I have been running businesses for the past eleven years taken them from concept to revenue and profit making over the course of this time. Recently I lead the business through a restructure project learning from past mistakes I structured the business into focused business units to concentrate on markets and/or customers. I believe I have excellent leadership qualities with a can and will do attitude, able to work has part of a team bringing a wealth of practical experience in most aspects of the business. I have good networks within the markets the business operates and within supporting networks; I am not reluctant to ask for assistance in areas where I or the business needs assistance.
