Endless LLP is the UK's leading turnaround investor. We are an independent UK based private equity house, specialising in the provision of financial investment and hands-on turnaround expertise to businesses facing challenges or finding themselves in special situations. With a flexible approach to funding and market leading speed of investment, we have invested in excess of £110 million in over 30 transactions during our first 4 years. Many of our investments have been completed in less than 28 days from introduction.

Our primary focus is investment in turnarounds and financial restructurings, the acquisition of non-core businesses and the completion of difficult management buy-outs. We are not afraid of tough deals, tight deadlines or challenging situations, which may deter others.

Since our formation in December 2005 we have rapidly developed a growing reputation as one of the UK's most active and innovative investors and are widely recognised as leading the rescue culture in the UK. We pride ourselves on being different. We are a lean, fast paced and entrepreneurial organisation committed to providing support for businesses facing challenge.

With funds under management of £300 million we have access to significant levels of committed capital to support the companies we invest in. We are currently investing Endless Fund II which closed in February 2008 with total commitments of £164 million, provided by a selection of hand-picked institutional investors from across the United States and Europe.

Our strength and speed of response lies in our team, which comprises 16 investment professionals operating nationwide from our offices in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London. Our team has significant experience of investing and comes from a range of backgrounds including private equity, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, banking and property. In addition, we can call upon our in-house Connections network of high calibre sector experts, non-executive directors and interim managers to provide industry expertise, insight and management support to the businesses we invest in.

We have vast experience in the turnaround arena across all sectors, we started Endless from scratch and are continuing to build it and most of the team witnessed the painful demise of Arthur Andersen first hand.
