For this highly topical subject, we are pleased to present a panel session with Bryan Green and Alex Brick of Gordon Brothers Europe who will be joined by Mark Shaw, London Head of Business Restructuring, BDO.
In this time of decreasing liquidity, funding opportunities for struggling businesses are becoming increasingly difficult to secure. At our March event we have brought together leaders of two organisations from this field to discuss innovative opportunities and new ways for funding a distressed business out of a crisis.

Bryan recently joined Gordon Brothers from law firm Salans, where he was a partner. He leads Gordon Brothers’ strategy of restructuring businesses through the introduction of new capital. Bryan is responsible for the provision of both restructuring finance and management support, with a clear emphasis on building businesses. He is an expert in finding the right solutions, and is well known in the industry for his commercial and pragmatic approach. He has been described as “the market leader in advising turnaround funders and whose endeavours have helped to shape and develop this market”. .JPG)
Alex leads the expansion of Gordon Brothers throughout Europe and is responsible for the strategic overview and direction of the business. With more than 25 years’ experience in retail and, building on his reputation and enviable contact list, he is instrumental in bringing new business to the organisation, across Europe and beyond.

Mark is head of the BDO London business restructuring team. He has been with BDO since 2006 and specialises in advising banks, bondholders and other financial institutions, including private equity, in relation to restructuring their investments. He has also advised the boards of a number of large corporates on complex restructuring assignments.
This is likely to be a highly popular event so early booking is advised.
