Joint initiative between Minerva Training Associates and BPP Professional Education - This two day course will provide a comprehensive insight into the core issues involved in loan defaults, work-outs and restructurings. David Hole a director at TMA (UK) will present. In any situation there will be a number of legal options available, depending on the loan documentation and the jurisdiction of the borrower, and the delegates will be required to consider remedial plans. These plans will include consideration of restructuring alternatives, inter-creditor and inter-jurisdictional issues, valuing distressed assets and enforcing security. Learning will be assisted by a combination of analytical exercises based on real life case studies.
David Hole will also discuss his recent experiences working with a continental 50 million euro business.
