The programme is in its second year which means that we can improve using the feedback received. However, in business you can never stand still so we present our updated 2nd Edition. The 2nd edition is still a one day programme, which covers much of the original programme but is fine tuned for rapid knowledge transfer.

So what’s new?

  1. We have two news desk slots that cover the unfolding UK plc turnaround & Pre-packs – be it Admin or Liquidation.
  2. More focus on insolvency knowledge & therefore options for the Turnaround Practitioners et al.
  3. More focus on assessing where the value break is.

It sounds a lot and the day is very intensive, the day presents a heads-up on the knowledge required at the practitioner level to assist challenged businesses and their stakeholders. This will increase your return on investment.
